type and Cup washers provide a bearing surface to protect the material being fixed and to provide an attractive finish to the finished piece whether it be furniture or machinery. Cup washers eliminate the need for countersunk holes and are ideal for mounting plastic sheet or fabric coverings since the outer rim of the washer grips the material independent of the screw. These
